Business Development Manager

Corrine is a Hunter Valley local with 17 years of lived and professional experience in the disability space. Her background spans Plan Management and Service Management, including years running a busy day program with a large team of support and leadership staff to mentor and guide, she brings that hands-on experience into everything she does at V Care

Support Worker

Leesa holds a Diploma in Community Services, along with Mental Health First Aid, she is also qualified in commercial cookery & spent years working abroad in that space. She is passionate about growing and cooking healthy food, these are amazing skills and knowledge to have as a part of our team, and this shows in her supports with clients around healthy cooking and active daily living. 

Support Worker 

Samah is skilled in individual Support, She supports clients with transport, households tasks, and daily living skills, with a focus on building independence and confidence rather than just getting tasks done. Samah has worked in the Disability space for some time and is passionate, kind, and caring, she brings her caring and empathic nature into her supports with clients.

Support Worker

Tom has experience in complex, high-behaviour, and medical support work, both in-home and in the community, backed by a background in nursing. He takes a calm, collaborative approach with participants and families, offering low-pressure choices rather than pushing an agenda, and gives people the time and space they need.
